A modern emulsion base composed of biodegradable substances of the W/O (water-in-oil) type. It is recommended for the production of natural cosmetic products.
Description
The following can be added to the base: up to 30% aqueous phase and/or 10% oil phase (cream consistency), or 40% oil phase for the consistency of emulsion lotions. It is suitable for the addition of cosmetic active substances compatible with the base in the amounts allowed for cosmetic products.
