Making a purchase<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Online shopping is possible only on the territory of the Republic of Serbia. Delivery is currently not possible on the territory of Kosovo and Metohija. <\/p>\n

After you find a desired product, add it to the shopping cart. One user can order multiple products. After choosing the products, click the shopping cart icon. After checking the order, when you are ready to finalize the order, click the button \u201cOrder\u201d, and fill in the fields with personal details. <\/p>\n

After completing the order, you will be informed whether the product is in stock. In rare cases, it can occur that we need to cancel your order if there are no desired products in stock. <\/p>\n

The payment is done as COD \u2013 cash on delivery, i.e. you pay for the products to a courier on the delivery. The postage is charged according to the list of rates of the delivery service. For all orders above 3,000 RSD, postage is free. <\/p>\n

If the product you desire is currently out of stock, we can save your order and deliver the desired product as soon as it becomes available.<\/p>\n

All prices are listed in Serbian dinars (RSD) with included VAT of 20%, and no additional fees are charged.<\/p>\n

C<\/strong>omplaints and replacements<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Please inspect the package on the delivery, in front of the courier. If the package is damaged, please immediately contact the delivery service in writing and report the damage. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept the complaint. <\/p>\n

In accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection, you are entitled to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the day the goods were delivered to you.<\/p>\n

In that case, please contact us here<\/a>. We will ask you to provide the information on the products you wish to return and the order number, and after that, we will activate the return. The delivery service will take the products, and you will receive an email asking for your account number so that we can refund your money. <\/p>\n

As a customer, you do not bear the costs arising from the withdrawal from the contract, apart from the costs of sending the goods to your address. We commit to refund the money paid for the returned product or send the product you want as a replacement, immediately upon the reception of the products. <\/p>\n

When returning an order, the products must be returned in the right and unused condition, as well as in the original and undamaged packaging.
